HDR Front & Rear Recording

The A229 Plus is a game-changer, offering advanced Dual-Channel HDR technology for accurate 2K details in fast-moving scenarios. This dashcam also excels in capturing car license plates. Note that while HDR is enabled, the front camera recording resolution is 1440P at 60fps.

2-Channel 1440P Recording

The A229 Plus dashcam provides high-definition 1440P recording for both the front and rear. With each camera delivering 1440P resolution, this dashcam ensures exceptional clarity and color saturation, providing true 1440P detail reproduction and enhanced color accuracy. The front camera's high frame rate of up to 60fps ensures crystal-clear images, accurate color representation, and balanced exposure.

Hands-free Voice Control & Notification

Control the A229 Plus dashcam hands-free with 12 voice commands, including taking photos, locking the video, turning on WiFi, and switching between front and rear cameras. It also provides clear notifications for settings changes or memory card errors, allowing you to stay focused on the road.

Ultra-Precise GPS

Equipped with a state-of-the-art Quad-Mode GPS module, the A229 Plus supports GPS, BEIDOU, GALILEO, and GLONASS. This advanced feature enhances the accuracy and stability of the positioning. When playing videos on the VIOFO App or a computer, it provides detailed location, speed, and time data of the vehicle.

Ultra Fast 5GHz Wi-Fi

The A229 Plus dashcam is equipped with an upgraded 5GHz Wi-Fi connection module, offering faster Wi-Fi data transfer for smooth video previewing, downloading, and sharing. Connect to the VIOFO App via Wi-Fi to access real-time footage, take photos, and adjust settings such as resolution levels and recording duration.

24/7 3 Parking Mode Solutions

The A229 Plus offers three 24-hour parking mode options: 1. Auto Event Detection: Supported by a buffered function, the camera automatically starts recording and saves the video for 15 seconds before and 30 seconds after the detected event. 2. Time Lapse: Continuously records at a low frame rate. 3. Low Bitrate: Records continuously in a smaller file size. Note that the HK4 hardwire cable needs to be purchased separately.
